Urban Artist SpY Spells the Word ‘CRISIS’ with €1,000 in Coins

Generosity in a time of crisis? Urban artist SpY gives away € 1000 in a rather unconventional yet brilliant manner. The city of Bilbao ( Spain ), saw a new form of art ‘monetised’ on its walls. Armed with his creative humor and small copper coins only, urban artist SpY wrote the word 'CRISIS' on a wall using solely coins that he lightly stuck and glued on the surface of the wall.

As a result of this form of 'take-away art', the piece of artwork vanished within just 24 hours, as people simply helped themselves. Discover more visuals below and you can also check out talented urban artist SpY's many others forms of artistic communication in the street just here.
