Creative Mapping understands the challenges that come from working in the creative industries, from establishing credibility, earning a living from your creative endeavor, dealing with the operation of running a demanding small business, the fears, the insecurities and the triumphs of creative life, all the way through to promoting your work. Our mission is for creatives to collectively share their wealth of knowledge to inspire and motivate each other.

Founder Marie-Laurence Camara is a Creative Director with over 20 years experience in the creative world.

She is the director of award winning interior design company Ice Cube Design. Marie was featured on BBC Top Gear for the design of a Mercedes S Class for Jeremy Clarkson. With branches in London and Paris, Marie is also a graphic and web designer.

An associate lecturer at Chelsea College of Arts and Central Saint Martins, where she was formerly a student, Marie teaches and gives lectures on design.

With previous incarnations as a model and Fashion Press and PR consultant, Marie has first hand experience in the fashion, media and design industries. Her inside knowledge of a wide range of creative fields has enabled Marie to see a huge gap in the market for an online medium that gives creatives and students from all different disciplines access to valuable resources.
